25 Barak Road

You may remember when a Sunday morning in Barak Road was disturbed by a house being deliberately demolished - no permit, no permission, no notification. (see post July 3, 2008)
The owner has been fined in the magistrates court.

The magistrate said 'he could not impose the maximum fines of $150,000 because of sentencing discounts for his guilty pleas and lack of prior convictions "however enticing it might be". Zeqaj was convicted and fined $45,000 with $7500 costs.' (The Age, 13 May 2009)
