Recently the development approved for 87 to 101 Bay St, opposite Bianca/Thomas Dux, has been featured in the papers. You can read the article here which also shows what it will look like. The heritage building shown in this photograph will be retained. The heritage shops on either side are not part of this development.
I believe that Aldi will no longer be part of the development. Instead, there will be individual retail tenancies.
