- equipment and services on top of the building - and noise generation from them
- overlooking and overshadowing

All these matters will be taken into consideration by the planner in assessing the application according to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme and making a recommendation to Council.In addition, people raised concerns about the present operation of Little Bay St and Little Dow St. I will take up these concerns at Council.
