HMAS Newcastle, HMAS Perth and HMAS Sirius are at Station Pier as part of the commemoration of 100 years since the formation of the Royal Australian Navy. Or, another beacon picture? The ships will be open to the public on Sunday from 10am to 2pm.

I too noticed the combined beauty of the stark grey colour - the ships, the sky and the water as I was driving past Station Pier yesterday morning.
It reminded me of something I have heard said - that eskimos have many words for white. I felt my 'grey' vocabulary was a bit lacking.
